North Wiltshire District Council
North Wiltshire is a rural district with a rich and varied landscape from the open chalk downland in the south east to the ancient woodlands in the Braydon Forest and the river Avon valley.

North Wiltshire District Council is committed to protecting the landscape and wildlife heritage of the area whilst promoting sustainable use of these resources.

The Council works with, and supports, local community groups, statutory agencies and special interest groups to achieve the aims of the Strategy.  We can also offer advice, support and contact details of other organisations that work in the countryside and wildlife sector.

North Wilts District Council is the lead partner for the Cricklade Country Way project
